Tell us what you're looking for. You may already know the products, or just have an idea for an upcoming event. Reach us through the website, by phone, or in our showroom.
We source & quote
Based on our conversation, we carefully select the products we think best suit your needs and send you a quote, complete with images of each product.
Choose your products
Once you've reviewed the quote, let us know which products you'd like to proceed with and send us your logo (if we don't already have it). We'll create the job and put it into our production system.
Proof approval
Our Production Manager sends a Proof Approval, which includes:
- An artwork visual for approval
- A job summary with product details
- Your contact and delivery information to review
- Any additional production notes
Invoice issued
After the proof has been approved, we send your invoice, which can be paid securely online.
Production begins
Once payment has been received, the order is officially locked in and moves into production.
Delivery
Once production is complete, we carefully package your order and organise delivery, or collection from the showroom if you prefer.
